While I'm admittedly not as big of a fan of the selection of games in this one compared to the first Legacy Collection, I'd still say they're all at the very least enjoyable, and let's be honest, you're probably interested in this for completion's sake more than anything.
I do find the presentation of the collection itself to be better in this one, the menus are a lot nicer and the challenges are divided up by game, so you don't just have one massive list to have to look through.
Fair warning, however: the rewind feature from the first LC is absent in this game, replaced with a slightly less cheesy "Checkpoint save" method to prevent constant game overs. So just be prepared if that helped carry you through the first one. Either way, it's not too much of a loss (except for those fucking bullshit snowboard sections in MM8, really missed it there.)
But yeah, it's pretty much exactly what it's advertised as. I'd be shocked if anyone even read this far in the review. If you did comment cuz I'd be legit impressed.

Collection of Mega Man 7-10. This collection is much better than the first collection. This collection is probably the definitive way to play these games.
However, for Mega Man 8, they should've done the following:
- An option to switch between English and Japanese voices (you can still do this by renaming filenames).
- Upscale the anime cutscenes to 4K/HD quality.
- Adding subtitles for anime cutscenes (for the sake of accessibility).
- Additional content from the Saturn version and the music tracks as an option.
Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10 suffer from incorrect pixel scaling. This can be corrected by using ReShade:
Overall, the collection is good, therefore I recommend it.

This game is decent, though it definitely has some issues. Many features from the first Legacy Collection have been removed, such as Turbo-CPU and Rewind. Along with that, the Save States can be a bit buggy and overall the games run a bit worse compared to the original Legacy Collection. I still recommend this to any fans, but definitely play the first Legacy Collection before purchasing this.
