Grabbed this because it was on sale, paying full price for this game is not worth it. Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is fine. It's not a bad fighting game. The series has fallen so far from where it was. If you don't already own Marvel vs. Capcom 3, grab that first. It's cheaper and takes up less space. This game takes up an unnecessary amount of space.

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite
Gameplay: ★★★★☆
Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite offers fast-paced, action-packed gameplay that fans of the series will appreciate. The controls are smooth and responsive, allowing for easy execution of flashy combos and devastating special moves. However, the limited roster of characters compared to previous titles may leave some players wanting more variety.
Graphics: ★★★☆☆
The visuals in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite are serviceable but fall short of the expectations set by modern fighting games. While the character models are detailed and vibrant, the overall art style lacks the polish and finesse seen in other titles. The stages also lack diversity, leaving a sense of repetition after extended play.
Story: ★★☆☆☆
The game's story mode feels lackluster and fails to captivate players. The narrative is convoluted and struggles to find a balance between the Marvel and Capcom universes. Additionally, the voice acting, while solid, fails to deliver memorable performances, dampening the storytelling experience.
Content: ★★★★☆
Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite offers a decent variety of game modes, including Arcade, Versus, Training, and Online Play. The Arcade mode provides a traditional single-player experience, while the Versus and Online modes let players challenge friends or engage in competitive matches with other players worldwide. The inclusion of a robust training mode is a welcome addition, especially for newcomers looking to hone their skills.
Multiplayer: ★★★★☆
Engaging in multiplayer battles is where Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite truly shines. The online matchmaking system works well, ensuring smooth connections and minimal latency issues during online matches. Playing against real opponents brings an extra level of challenge and excitement to the game, making it a must-play for competitive gamers.
Overall: ★★★☆☆
Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite is a solid fighting game that delivers intense gameplay and enjoyable multiplayer experiences. While it falls short in terms of graphics and story, the engaging gameplay and diverse game modes make it an entertaining addition to any fighting game enthusiast's library. However, fans may feel the absence of certain beloved characters and an overall lack of polish compared to its predecessors.

This game has a great story-line. I love this game. Hope we would get more Marvel vs. Capcom games in near future!

First things first: I'm leaning towards neutral with this one. It's not a complete garbage but could've been way better.
The story mode is pretty cool, though. The highlight of the game, without a doubt. All the character interactions are top-notch and it ends with an awesome cliffhanger. Sadly, that's about it.
1)This is the weakest roster of all the modern Marvel vs Capcoms, number-wise, with plenty of characters recycled straight from UMVC3 (I know about the deal with the X-Men, already. Spare me. The point is there are LOTS of other characters to choose from and, just like this, it feels lazy af).
2)Apart from Ghost Rider and Iron-Man, the entire soundtrack for the Marvel side is literally horrible.
3)Boring DLC characters who had nothing to do with anything and that nobody asked for (Winter Soldier, Black Widow) or DLC characters who should've been on the base roster, by default, given their role on the story (Sigma, Black Panther, Monster Hunter and Venom). Not to mention the fact that Marvel gets two more characters and that leaves Capcom with two less.
4)Lack of other play modes. All you get is Story (that you probably won't touch again once you beat it), Arcade, Single Match, (Dead on Arrival) Online, Trials and the Tutorial. Not much different from tons of fighting games, I know, but when you give us something like Heroes & Heralds and then take it away it's just absurd.
5)Voice-acting, when it comes to the Story Mode is good but when it comes to the actual gameplay it's just cringe af. Feel off.
6)Save for Chris' and Morrigan's faces, all the models from the new engine looks pretty good, though.
7)Gameplay-wise, the tag mode is not that bad and they ditched the Simple/Normal control schemes and mixed them up, which was pretty neat. Not really a fan of the Infinity Stones gimmick, however.
To sum it up: Get it on a sale, like myself. It's a nice game to kill time with but just expect more of the same.

The gameplay is fun minus the stones and thats about the only thing to like about this game. Its positively rated because the gameplay is the main thing people do in a fighting game so its more positive than negative.
