Gangsta Underground : The Poker

Great for a free game. My only complaint is that it takes the AI 10 seconds to call/bet/fold.

This is free to play, single-player, Texas Hold 'Em against the gangsta AI. You get to shoot your opponent if you win at the end of the match. I found the enemy AI to be pretty good.
You can smoke cigarettes as well. There are some accessories to unlock with your winnings. You can pick one of several characters. Game runs on the Unreal Engine and it ran smoothly for me on my 1060 GTX. I experienced zero issues.
Not bad for free. However, I do wish they would add multiplayer as that would add to the fun of the game. It looks like it was originally planned. So far there is no pay to play or DLC so yeah, I recommend it.
Rate 7/10. There is this game called Pokerstars VR, which is one of the best free games on Steam, but this one isn't bad, especially for the single-player Texas Hold 'Em criminal underground experience. It brings back some memories for me personally ...

Very fun overall and I experienced no glitches or bugs I just wish there would be multiplayer and more players in a game. All in all worth playing and has lots of potential. 8/10

Great Poker game with some issues.
the 2 big ones gameplay wise are that the AI takes a LONG time to make choices, and there is no recentering, so the position your headset is is where your eyes will be, that pretty amateur...
... considering that most of the rest of the game is pretty good, graphics are ok, the game works well,, the way you fold by showing your cards, call by tapping the table and raising by throwing more chips really felt cool and a clever use of VR.
I couldnt beat the guy in the tutorial, and im not a terrible poker player... well maybe i am :p
Anyways the game is free and aside from a couple of issues its fun if you like poker.
Be aware you get a gun pointed and shot at you if you lose all your funds!

This game is awesome, it is simple in concept, but by far my FAVORITE VR poker game experience out there. It is challenging and fun. It is a grind, which I love. I cant believe is free for the amount of content and graphical quality, the devs could definitely charge for this game and I still wouldn't mind buying it. It is a lot like bullet roulette VR but way better.. because it's poker. I do not write reviews often but I really want the devs to know they did an OUTSTANDING job. My only recommendations as a fan of this game would be to have more AI face animations to react (I know its poker but the AI keeping a straight face the entire time is like looking at a robot with no soul) One more thing as I really wish the TV was an option to turn off and arms could be added to the floating hands. These are all just based on my personal preference, I will play this game regardless because it is really fun. Thank you for a great VR experience!

Very good quality and fun to play. It would be fun if there were more players on one table but fun game for VR
