Prologue
Find out what it’s like to be a robot, and deal with your internal problems.
Restore a robot’s memory files before its battery is over.
A robot that is damaged, lost and with limited energy resources has the only chance to recover information that can save it. But a malicious program has fragmented the files on the disk. A manual restoration will be necessary, and for that, use the puzzle program to recover them.Features:
Some resources and notes will assist in this task …
- Each fragment can be exchanged two by two by clicking on the desired frames.
- For each repositioning of fragments there will be a fixed consumption of the battery.
- The "Scanner" tool will assist in making the correctly positioned fragments.
- But be careful with the "Scanner" resource, the more wrong positioned fragments, the higher the battery consumption.

Simple and effective artstyle and storytelling.
I'm not in the middle of the game yet, and had to come and recommend this game.

I never thought a puzzle game could be this hard. The game does a great job of making the pieces very similar. It's tricky to figure out what some of the later images are supposed to depict. But the scenes do a great job of telling the story, and the black and white art style complements the game well. I ran out of battery with three to go. I get the point is to recover the robot's memories before it runs out, but it's disappointing to have to restart. Overall it's enjoyable and challenging.

It's a charming if narratively obtuse puzzle game. Worth the 8 hours or so it took

Hello and thank you for releasing your game on Steam for us to try!
"Before the battery's over" is a Puzzle slider game with a hidden story that emerges as the player completes each of the 21 puzzles. The levels vary in difficulty and towards the end you may find yourself having to repeat some of them to beat the timer. The game offers an interesting challenge which is inclusive of all ages.
You can expect a good few hours of game play depending on your personal skill level and the games ambient music makes for a wonderful experience both visually and audibly. I recommend this game to anyone looking to relax and unwind into this futuristic micro-world.
I did experience what I felt was a bug that actually turned out to be an intended mechanic when my timer ran out during the puzzle. The game does not give any feedback about which point in time you are returned to when failing a level, it sends you back to a previous puzzle without any indication how far behind you might be. It was slightly confusing and made me think that resetting the game to speed clear the early levels might help beat the game within the 100% battery given at the start, when in fact you can just keep playing and eventually unlock all of the levels.
All of the achievements were unlocked and work properly and overall a great experience. I look forward to an extended version of the game with more lore to uncover and mysteries to solve.
Thanks!

Tile swap puzzles without model, so you need to figure out the picture along the way. Not so easy to finish on time!

The game has a very good art and sound. The interaction is very clear, I really liked the scanner's indicators, it was something that made me very clear how it works.
I want to see more games from this developer.
