Anchor is a form of creative writing of textual interaction of origin, where the author uses the function of dice to prepare options in which a random number determines the development of the story (the dice have a will of their own). And indeed, most authors will also have their own set of Anchor rules.
Anchor Club, relying on Steam’s network and creative workshops, aims to provide a platform for anchor enthusiasts to create and share their own works, as well as to participate in the creation process of others’ works.
Because of our hobby, we created the app "Anchor Club", and because of our hobby, we want to let more people know about Anchor, create and share here, so Anchor Club is free forever.
In Anchor Club, authors can create rooms and create online. We expect that one day there will be a moment when 250 people will come together to witness the birth of an Anchor piece.

Anchor Club is not trying to outlaw the forum, but more of a creative way to supplement it, where authors can create, then export the text and share it elsewhere.

So, if you've happened upon this like I did as a primarily english speaking/culturally english person, you're kinda looking at this, thinking, "what in the world is this?". I did a little research, and hopefully I can help explain things a touch.
Anchor, or "Anke", seems to be a chinese language community over on Baidu who run something similar to what we'd know as forum based CYOA/Roleplays, in similar function to the early MSPaint adventures, or if you spent time on forums, threads where a writer would put forth a scenario and allow the audience to make choices guiding the structure/direction of the story. If you're curious, you can find the community by searching 安科吧 on google and selecting the first Baidu result. Anke seems to focus primarily on fandom crossovers from manga/manhwa, games, movies, and etc media, and rather than audience participation, the author will allow random number generation to guide the structure of their story, similar in which to tabletop rulesets allowing degrees of success/failure.
Anchor Club, for it's part, seems to offer an alternative framework to forums / baidu to create, write and run these scenarios (and share them on for others to view and enjoy and comment on, similar to things like early MSPA, Prologue, etc) while allowing people to view them as they're being written with it's 'rooms' system. The interface seems to be pretty handy, and whilst I appreciate the english translation, given english language resources on what this is and how to interact with it/run a thread of it are pretty much nonexistent, if they want english adoption they may want to include an introduction of what Anke is and is for.
That said, if this piques your interest at all, I do recommend poking into the Anke Club Baidu with some web browser translation and digging through, whilst my understanding is baseline it was quite fun to dig in and see what's going on here. As a writer I imagine this form of writing exercise could be quite fun as I do have fond memories of running similar things on forums here and there in my teens.
In summary, think of this as a collaborative, random number generation driven fanfiction writing exercise tool created for a community with a pretty deep history of works. Or simpler, AO3 crackfics with added RNG in the writing process. It's pretty inaccessible for an english speaker, but hey, if you're a bit odd like me and enjoy digging into strange places on the internet, this should hopefully get you looking in the right direction.

Anchor Club is a tool to write stories aided by RNG or Audience Voting when faced with branching decisions. Please note that this is a tool and not a game, and it was primarily designed for a Chinese Baidu group.
The stories are called Scripts, and you can download Scripts from the workshop (although at time of writing most are in Chinese), or create your own.
If you've ever read Choose Your Own Adventure books or played Single Player RPGs where the DM is RNG Dice Rolls, this is very similar.
As the Anchor Club is now, it is nicer than similar tools I have stumbled on, and offers far more customisation. However the only tutorial is in Chinese so I've created a Guide in English that shows off the different tools available.

I recommend experimenting with making a Script once you finish reading it, as it can be hard to explain features when you're not seeing them on the screen, but once you do I'm sure it will click!

如果不是不能刪除或者更改除了文本以外的內容，這應該會是用的很順手的軟件。
過了一段時間回來碼了一天字，炸了幾個頁，因為我翻頁查找之後沒返回去就確認輸入對話了。
然後它就卡在那裡，無法更改了。
我完全無法容忍內容錯頁，所以也只能把文導出跑路了。。。
說起來，這不就是剛出來的時候我迅速放棄這個軟件的原因嗎！（窒息
總體來說是很不錯的，但是基本功能做岔了，所以問我推薦不推薦，很難說。但是基於鼓勵，還是給好評吧。
